Terms
For the business handling between A-Enterprise GmbH and the purchaser obtain only the following conditions.
Delivery
The products contained in these catalog pages will be generally available from stock. Can we do not ship from stock, will be made order confirmation with the expected date. If an order can not be done with a single delivery, the charge it will be for the first order only. Deliveries to EU countries can be up to 14 days, take entitlement (clearance). In all cases, A-Enterprise GmbH do not to be liable for delivery delays by the manufacturer to be represented. Any printing and transmission error are not be liability.
Sales Tax

TAX Destination: Deliveries to EU countries charged are without value added tax, this is the goods through the customs declaration.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs, EURO or US$. excluding VAT. All prices are approximate price. A-Enterprise GmbH also reserves the right to change the fees they can by increase. Postage and packaging will be separately billed.
Payment
All prices are calculated as net prices. Our bills are to pay for cash in advance without any deductions, also payments with credit cards. Orders will be supply only after we received the payments. Complaints and objections will return within 14 days from the date of delivery, otherwise the deliver is accepted.
Guarantee
The warranty period is 1 year, provided that the sale documents not otherwise indicated. It starts from the date of billing. The billing is a "guarantee". By warranty claims the defective material with the billing copy is send to us. From warranty excludes are any damage resulting from modification or repair caused by the customer, or a result of wear and tear, increased violence and disregard for the rules of operation.
A-Enterprise GmbH provides no guarantee for products that contains software being subject to terms of GNU General Public License.
Liability
For the selection and use of products, the customer is responsible. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded, unless the damage, we do not intentionally or grossly negligent in debt, also the price of the article does not exceed the purchase price. In no case, we are liable for consequential damages.
Jurisdiction of business is based exclusively on Swiss law. The court will stand by the company A-Enterprise GmbH.
